STANDARD HOME INSPECTION
A standard inspection involves taking a comprehensive look at all the systems of your home, adhering to industry standards of practice.
I wish to pass on the key information about your potential home so you won’t be caught off guard or surprised.
All Standard home inspections come with a full report for your reference in the future.

Duration- 2 to 3 hours
Cost - $450.00 up to 1,500 sqf
An additional $100.00 every 500 sqf above that.
HI-TECH HOME INSPECTION
This uses tools such as gas detection, thermal imaging, and moisture reading.
Using additional instruments that go above standards of practice are fine but it's easy to forget the information after it is presented to us.
All Hi-Tech home inspections come with not only a full report but also a full break down of each instruments readings for your reference in the future. This means taking the extra time needed to give you an explanation of what each reading could mean.
Duration- 3 to 3.5 hours
Cost - $550.00 up to 1,500 sqf
An additional $100.00 every 500 sqf above that.
A WALK THROUGH WITH A PROFESSIONAL
Maybe time is a matter of urgency as the offer date is fast approaching, or maybe you do not feel as though you need a physical report until you know a home will be yours.
Bryk by Bryk offers a condensed professional option identical to a Standard Home Inspection but with no additional cost associated with a report if you do not end up in this particular home.
If you do not end up with this property I offer additional Walk Through's at a discount price. If you do purchase this property and decide you would like a physical report, you pay the difference and I will upgrade you to a Standard Home Inspection. A physical report will be provided without an additional inspection.
Duration- 1 to 2 hours
Cost - $250.00 up to 1,500 sqf
An additional $50.00 for every 500 sqf above that.
A ONE SYSTEM ANALYSIS
Having trouble or symptoms with a particular system in your home but everything else seems to be running smooth?
Book with me for a One System Analysis and I'll identify deficiencies within the requested system and outline steps to solve the problem.
Duration- 1 hour
Cost - $ 100.00 up to 1,500 sqf
An additional $50.00 for every 500 sqf above that.
